After dinner crittering.

This past month or so has been a blur. My mom's disease has begun a more rapid path. She can't be left alone on some days, and sleep has been getting harder to have. Last night, after a good day for her, I went out with my dog for a well deserved walk. And it seems when you really need some nature, she always comes through.

Whitetail doe

Tree swallow

Porcupine walking down the road

And now up a tree

Snowshoe hare

We are having Respite/ Hospice care now. It's too hard to keep up with everything.

I'm sure it was a hard decision, but i am glad you have Respite/Hospice care now. It lifts some of the burden and i hope that life will be more managable for you. You are in my thoughts.

Have a great week Kirk!
